The validation of the Transition-to-Work Inventory : A job placement system for workers with severe disabilities

Abstract: Viene proposto uno studio per rivisitare e validare lo strumento diagnostico Transition-to-work Inventory (TWI) realizzato per valutare quale tipo di lavoro e i problemi correlati nelle persone con gravi disabilità. Analizzando i dati raccolti su 64 operai impegnati in 35 lavori diversi in 11 posti di lavoro, si é potuta riscontrare la validità di questo strumento.
