The nature of leisure in the lives of older adults with intellectual disability

Abstract: Una ricerca per rilevare la natura del tempo libero in un gruppo di persone anziane con deficit intellettivo. Sono stati intervistati 29 anziani sul loro tempo libero, la partecipazione a giochi e a interazioni sociali in ambienti diversi. Il dato più significativo emerso è stata la mancanza di autodeterminazione nel tempo libero anche per la mancanza di opportunità di scelte nell'arco della loro giornata.
