Abstract: Gli autori hanno esaminato la relazione tra grave deprivazione dovuta ad istituzionalizzazione precoce e prestazione scolastica in bambini romeni adottati nel Regno Unito. I dati raccolti su 127 bambini con queste caratteristiche sono stati confrontati con altri 49 adottati senza esperienza di istituto.
