Abstract: Lovaas e i suoi associati al progetto UCLA riportano esiti positivi di questo trattamento per bambini autistici. In particolare due recenti studi hanno enfatizzato l'intervento, ma al tempo stesso hanno fatto emergere alcune inesattezze. L'autore mette in evidenza proprio questi aspetti che permettono di criticare il trattamento.
